Más información sobre Sanfermines

Between 6 and 14 July we celebrate the Sanfermines. From the moment of the first "bang" (the inaugural rocket), the capital of Navarre explodes into life. Thousands of people from all over the world flood into this city dressed in white and red to enjoy fun, music and endless partying in time to the rhythm of brass bands and crowds of people. Then tension builds for the bull-running in the minutes before the bulls begin their charge to the Bullring, chasing the runners.

Más Información sobre el Camino de Santiago en Navarra

To discover this region as a pilgrim is to experience the legends and traditions born out of the feelings of the people. It is well worth exploring the gastronomy and the landscape that frame the rich artistic heritage along the Pilgrim’s Way to Santiago de Compostela in Navarre.

Más información sobre los Pirineos navarros

In the north of Navarre, the mountain ranges slope down gently from east to west. In the east, the Navarrese Pyrenees present the visitor with the imposing escarpments of the Larra Massif, the Irati Forest or the historical Collegiate Church of Roncesvalles. The images become softer as you draw closer to the Baztan and Ultzama valleys and to the Bidasoa valley: well-tended country houses, the caves of legends and green woods and meadows. To the west, the Aralar Mountains and the Urbasa-Andía Natural Park provide splendid views of the blue-tinted peaks of the Pyrenees.
